Quickstep! Flyballteam

In the club the  www.vea-borken.de  Flyball has been practiced since 1999. Flyball found its way to the club as a part-time job for some agility people. Flyball has been hosted by the V.E.A. since 2002. Borken was offered as a real sports group, which meant we could welcome more flyball friends into our midst. 

 

When training, we attach particular importance to practicing flyball in a healthy and joint-friendly way. That's why the “swimmer turnaround” is at the top of our training plan. A lot of training methods have changed over the years, for example, the dog used to be taught flyball in a very short space of time using the quick flyball method. Now the entire training is practiced in small steps until it can be put together as a whole. 

 

For years, teams from the V.E.A. Borken took part in tournaments in Germany and Europe, and quite successfully, if you can say so.
